1. About Fresh Path Tickets
Fresh Path Tickets ("we", "us", "our") is an independent ticket reseller. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any venue, team, event organizer, sports governing body, or official ticket provider. Any trademarks, logos, or names used on this website are for identification purposes only.
2. Ticket Pricing
All tickets listed on our platform are priced based on market demand and availability. Prices may be above or below the original face value. By purchasing tickets through Fresh Path Tickets, you acknowledge and accept that you may pay more than the original ticket price.
3. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of event tickets, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, except where required by law or in cases where we cannot fulfill your order.
4. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, we will contact you with available options. Refunds are subject to the policies of the original ticket provider and may not always be available. Fresh Path Tickets is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or any changes to event details.
5. Ticket Delivery
Tickets are delivered digitally via email within 24 hours of the event. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and to check spam/junk folders. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect email addresses or email filtering.
6. Ticket Authenticity
We guarantee that all tickets sold through Fresh Path Tickets are 100% authentic. In the unlikely event that a ticket is found to be invalid, we will provide a full refund or comparable replacement tickets at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresh Path Tickets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of our services.
