How do I purchase tickets?
Select your desired match from our listings, choose your ticket category and quantity, fill in your details, and complete the secure checkout process via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of event tickets, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Are there any additional fees?
A 10% booking fee is applied to all orders to cover transaction processing and customer service. This fee is displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Ticket Delivery
How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are delivered digitally via email. You will receive your tickets within 24 hours of the event. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email.
Can I get physical tickets?
We only provide digital tickets (e-tickets or mobile tickets). These can be displayed on your smartphone or printed at home. Physical tickets are not available.
What if I don't receive my tickets?
If you haven't received your tickets 24 hours before the event, please contact our support team immediately. We will resend them or provide alternative arrangements.
Event Day
Do I need to bring ID?
Yes, you may be asked to present a valid photo ID matching the name on the booking at the venue entrance. Please ensure all attendee names are entered correctly during booking.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before kick-off to allow time for security checks and finding your seats. For hospitality packages, arrival times are specified in your booking confirmation.
What if the event is postponed or cancelled?
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, we will contact you with available options which may include ticket transfer to a rescheduled date. Refunds are subject to the original ticket provider's policies.

Are your tickets genuine?
Yes, we guarantee 100% authentic tickets. All tickets are verified before being listed on our platform. If a ticket proves to be invalid, we will provide a full refund or comparable replacement.
Why are prices higher than face value?
As a secondary market reseller, our prices are determined by market demand and availability. Prices may be above or below the original face value depending on the event popularity and ticket scarcity.
